Purchase Policy
Please review our Purchase Policy prior to making a purchase on our website and follow these steps should you find the products and services do not meet your needs or expectations. To prevent abuse of our programs and services, we must enforce this policy to keep our membership costs affordable.

Step 1: Determine eligibility and return items

Subscriptions, services and membership: A full refund of your purchase is available within 15 days of the purchase date. All items must be returned to NAGC by the purchaser to be eligible for a refund. All sales are final once 15 days after the purchase date have passed.

Step 2. E-mail Your Proof of Purchase

To claim your refund, please forward the e-mail confirmation (receipt) to member-service@governmentcontractors.org.

If you are unable to locate your e-mail receipt, you must give us your contact information and other details so that we can locate your order. The information you send must include the following: your full name, estimated date of purchase, purchased product, purchase price, and reason for returning the item. The date of purchase must be within the last 15 days. E-mail this information to member-service@governmentcontractors.org.

We will send you an e-mail to notify you whether you are eligibile for a refund based on the proof of purchase you provided and product package you returned to us (if any).

If your request for a refund is confirmed, a credit will be processed to your credit card account within 2 to 7 business days following confirmation of eligibility.


Cancel at any time. Please contact NAGC at 1-800-979-NAGC during business hours or online at anytime to cancel membership or any subscription service.

Policy Changes

We reserve the right to modify this Purchase Policy at our discretion. Any such revision or change will be binding and effective immediately following the posting of the revised Purchase Policy.

You agree to periodically review our website, including the current version of our Purchase Policy prior to purchase. It is your obligation to review our Purchase Policy for any such revisions.
